Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling to ensure smooth coordination of appointments and meetings.
• Assist in financial planning preparation, including data gathering and analysis.
• Handle phone calls and maintain professional communication with clients.
• Assist senior level client account managers with miscellaneous projects
• Process requests and assist in paperwork preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or senior with a degree in finance, economics, or a related field OR experience in professional client services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude, team player mentality, and eagerness to learn and develop within the firm.
